Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion of C Care’s Radiology services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Growth.
- Promote C Care’s Radiology services to hospitals and healthcare institutions to meet assigned targets.
- Meet quantitative and qualitative targets.
- Identify customer pain points and ensure resolution.
Client Relationship Management.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Track and monitor customer needs throughout their journey.
Business Development.
- Reach out to new hospital and healthcare institution leads through cold calling and networking.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Marketing and Intelligence.
- Promote C Care’s Radiology services through various marketing channels.
- Gather competitor intelligence and relay to supervisor.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business-related courses, preferably Marketing.
Experience
- At least 1 year experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the healthcare or radiology industry
- Knowledge of radiology services and hospital operations is an added advantage
Behavioural Competencies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
