Job Title: Lifting Supervisor – 10 Positions

Sinopec Service is engaged in the provision of all project phases service for various sectors, including oil & gas, power, buildings, roads and bridges etc. We are looking for Construction and Project support personnel.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all lifting operations on site.
- Ensure lifting equipment and accessories are inspected and certified before use.
- Verify ground conditions, lifting plans, and risk assessments prior to execution.
- Brief rigging teams, crane operators, and banksmen on safe lifting procedures.
- Monitor lifting activities to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Report and investigate any unsafe acts, near misses, or incidents during lifting.
- Liaise with site management, crane operators, and riggers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of lifting plans, permits, and inspection records.
- Ensure that only competent and certified personnel are engaged in lifting activities.
- Stop any lifting operation that is deemed unsafe.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Certified and competent Lifting Supervisor.
- Minimum [3] years’ experience in oil & gas, construction, or heavy lifting operations.
- Knowledge of international lifting standards (e.g., LOLER, BS7121, ASME).
- Strong leadership, communication, and safety awareness skills.
- Ability to read and interpret lifting plans and load charts.
