Job Title: Coldroom Attendant (2 Fresher Diploma Jobs)

Xclusive Uganda is a group of Horticulture companies consists of 3 companies: Xclusive Young Plants, Xclusive Kalanchoe and Xclusive Chrysanthemum. Our total production area is about 11 hectares, and we work together with 550 colleagues.
Job Summary: To ensure accurate and timely recording of harvested cuttings, packing, proper handling and storage to preserve quality of the cuttings.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure harvested cuttings are scanned and allocated correctly for quality delivery to good stock.
- Properly receive and return bags from the quality team to prevent missing or mixed cuttings.
- Prepare enough boxes before packing cuttings.
- Pack and weigh cuttings as necessary.
- Assist in loading the truck for export.
- Discard bad cuttings and maintain hygiene in the cold room.
- Transport cuttings from the greenhouse to the coldroom if the transporter is absent.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A diploma in Information Technology or Data Management.
- Have strong work mentality, committed and with good communication skills.
- Computer Literate with basics in using Microsoft programs.
- Paying attention to details.
