Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments and appraisals for loan eligibility.
- Monitor loan performance and conduct regular client follow-ups.
- Prepare and manage accurate loan documentation.
- Recover delinquent loans and minimize default risks.
- Educate clients on loan terms and financial literacy.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and promote company products.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Microfinance, or related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
