Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise branch staff.
- Set performance goals and ensure targets are achieved.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Manage branch portfolio and minimize risks.
- Develop strategies to grow customer base and improve service delivery.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
