The bank offers a variety of Products and services including; Savings, Current accounts, Loans, Money transfer services and Bills payments to its target market which comprises of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs, salary earners and youth.

 

Job Summary:   The Recovery Officer will be responsible for growth in risk assets and customer deposits in order to increase funding from low cost liabilities through locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Growth of the bank’s savings and loans portfolio and customer base.
  • Monitor and follow up own prospective clients to negotiate and conclude sales.
  • Support the growth of bank customer numbers using the mobilization Van.
  • Monitor Performance (actual vs. target) of deposits and customer base arising out of mobilization drives
  • Prepare Venues and materials for sales and Marketing activities, exhibitions.
  • Operate and maintain the institution’s public address system in good working condition
  • Ensure proper KYC is done and compliance is 100% unless with exceptional approval for accounts opened during mobilizations
  • Conducting sales and product knowledge training for staff.
  • Resolve all client business queries on a timely basis





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The ideal candidate should hold a university degree from a recognized institution
  • Good Interpersonal skills.
  • Good Customer Service Skills.
  • Good Oral & Written communication.
  • Good Sales and Marketing skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel and work upcountry.
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Must be a person of integrity.
