Goodman International is a Pharmaceutical Company based in Kampala – Uganda, dealing in Importation and Distribution of Human and Veterinary Medicines, Agent & Local Technical Representative (LTR) for several Manufacturers from Europe and Middle East.
Job Summary: Goodman is looking for Honest & Trustworthy, Smart, and Qualified Candidates to join the Company in the positions of;
PRIVATE SECURITY GUARDS (4 POSITIONS)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- You shall be stationed at Goodman offices at Hala plaza, Nakasero or any other company premise assigned to you.
- Controlling the movement of people and vehicles IN and OUT
- Welcome and check clients and staffs coming in and going out of the company premises.
- To record and maintain updated occurrence and any other reports
- You are required to maintain maximum security of the company premises, making day to day patrols, while maintaining the main entrance gate closed.
- Record full details and report of any security incidences to management as soon as possible.
- Take full charge and responsible for the company premises and should be accountable for any mismanagement of company property.
- To clean and maintenance the compound of the premises. This shall include cleaning, sweeping, cutting grass, cleaning drive away and parking yard, spraying and treating of flowers.
- Take good care and maintenance of flower gardens, and compound at the premises at all times.
- Trust worthy, hard working person and self-motivated person
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned to you by management from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Applicants should be a holder of Uganda Certificate of Education
- He must possess a valid Uganda National Identification card
- 1-2 years working experience in a similar role in and busy environment.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- He must able to communicate well in English both verbally and written
- He must be based in areas around Kampala.
- He must be very clean, organized and smart
- He must be 30 years and below
- He must provide a police clearance letter
