Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant is responsible for general office administration and managing the customer care experience
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organising and scheduling appointments
- Assisting in preparation of assigned reports
- Filing documents
- Receiving, drafting and disseminating communications
- Managing requisitions, office supplies and utilities
- Managing the customer care and information desk
- Overseeing office orderliness and tidiness
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a diploma in secretarial studies, administration or related fields
- One year of experience in front desk and office administration roles
