Job Summary: Jubilee Allianz General Insurance Company Uganda is hiring a Management Accountant to serve as a strategic partner, transforming complex financial data into actionable insights to drive financial performance.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a Mathematics-related course.
- ACCA/CPA qualification and membership.
- A Master’s Degree in a Finance-related course is an added advantage.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a management accountant or in an audit environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial principles, risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
