Job Summary: This is a full-time on-site role located in Masindi & Hoima for Logbook Sales Agents. The Logbook Sales Agents will be responsible for managing customer relationships, selling logbook loans, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, processing loan applications, training customers about our financing options, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Insurance experience
- Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in the finance or FinTech industry is a plus
- A’ Level and O’ level, are encouraged to apply
