Job Summary: We’re seeking a Furnace Operation Engineer with a Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in furnace operations, preferably in gold mining Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, operating, and maintaining furnace systems, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design, operate, and maintain furnace systems to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance safety.
• Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure furnace reliability and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize furnace operations and achieve company goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in furnace operations, preferably in gold mining industry.
• Proven track record of optimizing furnace
• operations and improving process efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of furnace design, operation, and maintenance principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
