\u2022 Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

\u2022 Proven experience in business development within the hazardous waste and/or water treatment industries.

\r\n

\u2022 Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements in Uganda and the wider region.

\r\n

\u2022 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

\r\n

\u2022 Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results in a competitive environment.

\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
