Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of all assigned client tasks per the Firm’s standards, methodologies, and timelines.
- Carry out process reviews, assessments per agreed client frameworks or terms of reference.
- Prepare clients’ payrolls and payment schedules in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other management reports on behalf of clients.
- Participate in the provision of outsourced bookkeeping services to clients through data entry and reconciliation of client general ledgers.
- Ensure all client tasks are carried out according to firm policies.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding ongoing assignments and deliverables.
- Contribute toward the achievement of the financial target of the Firm by registering an annual utilization of at least 85%.
- Stay updated with changes in tax, accounting, and financial reporting standards.
