Job Title: Sales Executive Lubricants (Fresher Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive and achieve sales targets by identifying new prospects, building strong relationships with existing customers, and maximizing sales opportunities within the lubricants sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop actionable plans to expand market share within assigned territories or customer segments.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing strategies, and customer preferences to provide insights and recommendations that support business growth and market penetration.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Lubricants Sales strategy, focusing on business plan objectives, customer segmentation, and channel expansion in the B2C sector.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and customers. Provide tailored solutions to meet their specific needs and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert technical advice and product information to customers, addressing any queries or concerns regarding lubricants, maintenance needs, and usage best practices.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track performance against targets, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least two years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Handle multiple tasks & deadlines with a proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Good problem-solving skills and professional skepticism.
- Any experience in the oil and gas or FMCG industry is an added advantage
