Reports to: Telesale Supervisor
Working Days: Monday – Saturday – 8AM-5PM
NB: This offer favours applicants who live in Namanve, Bweyogerere, Kireka, Mbuya, Mukono, Seeta, Namugongo

Job Purpose: The Telesale Executive – Call Center will sell MTN aYo insurance cover to MTN customers via a phone interaction, by applying cross selling and upselling dynamics to meet your daily target as required of you on a daily, weekly or monthly basis
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage prospective customers to sell aYo insurance services to them.
- Follow up and close-up sales deals.
- Grow the company customer base.
- Achieved the sales target as agreed upon on a daily, weekly or monthly bases
- Offer excellent customer service
- Handle customer inquires
- Setup customers on the aYo services.
- Resolve customer complaints or disputes.
- And any other duties assigned to you by your Line Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a diploma from a recognized University.
- Positive attitude towards life.
- Telemarketing/sales skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Language proficiency (Multi-Lingual). English a must with Luganda or any other dominant local language is of an added advantage.
- Able to multi-task while using a computer
- Excellent communication skills, especially verbal
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work in a busy and goal-oriented sales- driven environment.
