Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or a degree in other related fields.
- At least two years of related work experience
- Previous exposure and experience in Human resource management role.
- Excellent understanding of Labor laws, disciplinary procedures
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
