Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or a degree in other related fields.
  • At least two years of related work experience
  • Previous exposure and experience in Human resource management role.
  • Excellent understanding of Labor laws, disciplinary procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
