Job Summary: On behalf of our client in the Health Technology Sector, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for merchandising, distribution and selling of Medical and Pharmaceutical Record Management Software. They will also be responsible for creating awareness, presenting to leads, and converting them under the Medical Loan & Health Care savings scheme services offered by our client.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify Target Customers, engage and convert them into paying users.
- Take orders form customer prospects either physically or remotely.
- Advise customer leads on technical matters and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate the price for the sale
- Construct Sales pitches and presentations, and demonstrate product features before a sale.
- Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing trends & company products.
- Establish, Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Coordinate Sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is an added advantage.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative selling Software solutions.
- Highly Motivated and target driven.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Prioritizing, time management & organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
Important to Note;
- This is an entirely commission based position.
- There will be no financial facilitation disbursed to aid the day to day Sales efforts of the Sales Reps.
- There will be a product training offered to all on-boarded sales reps to support their Sales efforts.
