CFAO Motors Uganda is a subsidiary of CFAO Automotive, a division of the CFAO Group, which is part of Toyota Tsusho Corporation.
Job Summary: To ensure the effective operation, compliance and support of the EFRIS processes by facilitating accurate transaction processing, user support and timely resolution of issues; thereby ensuring adherence to Uganda Revenue Authority requirements and supporting business continuity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- EFRIS transaction processing
- EFRIS monitoring and support
- Regulatory compliance
- Incident and backlog management
- Transaction reconciliation
- Data accuracy
- Profile request
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT support or systems support
- URA EFRIS processes
- Systems integration and APIs
- Finance processes (invoices, taxes, reconciliation)
- Understanding of JSON responses and API’s, web services and systems integration
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
