Job Summary: Who we’re looking for You’re in your final semester or graduated within the last 24 months, with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and code solutions for real clients
• Ship production-grade systems as part of an agile team
• Work across frontend and backend on modern stacks
• Take features through build, test and deployment
• Take part in code reviews, technical discussions and mentorship sessions

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A solid grasp of OOP, data structures, algorithms and problem-solving
• Comfort in at least one language such as JavaScript, Python, C# or Java
• The drive to take ownership of your work and keep learning without being pushed
• A passion for building technology that has real impact on the people and communities who use it
• Bonus points for TypeScript, Angular, React, Node.js, AWS or Azure, APIs and databases, distributed systems, an eye for UI/UX, and a curious, collaborative, user-first mindset.
