Job Summary: Jinja Nile Resort is looking for a professional, motivated, and service-oriented IT Assistant to join its team in Jinja.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff and guests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain Wi-Fi and network systems.
• Support hotel systems, including POS and other hospitality technologies.
• Manage user accounts, email, passwords, and system access.
• Assist with data backups, antivirus protection, and system security.
• Perform regular IT maintenance and software updates.
• Maintain records of IT equipment, repairs, and maintenance.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant IT personnel.
