CFAO Motors Uganda is a subsidiary of CFAO Automotive, a division of the CFAO Group, which is part of Toyota Tsusho Corporation.
Job Summary: To promote and sell workshop services, maintenance packages, repairs, spare parts and any after sales solutions to our customers. The consultant will be the link between the customer and the workshop.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet operators and retail customers
- Promote workshop services, preventive maintenance programmes, service contracts and campaigns
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for labour, parts and workshop revenue
- Arrange/ plan and execute customer visits and timely reporting to the after sales commercial manager
- Adhere to all company SOP and especially to Sales process SOPs.
- Explain repair requirements, costs and timelines to customers
- Monitor Job progress and provide regular updates to customers
- Maintain a database of customers and prospect new workshop business.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a Business or Automotive discipline.
- Two years’ experience in sales & marketing in the Automotive industry
- Product/Automotive Industry Knowledge
- Valid Driver’s License
- Key personal attributes:
- Intermediary Computer skills
- Driving skills (Manual Transmission is a Must)
- Communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Planning & Organising
- Customer Oriented
- Team player
