Reddy’s Pharma Limited is a pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor based in Kampala, Uganda. Established in 2000, it specializes in importing life-saving drugs and manufacturing products such as medical masks and antiseptics.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities, expand market share and achieve sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and management of credit risk.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 5 years and above experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or non-pharmaceuticals.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel extensively.
- Valid driving license.
