Reddy’s Pharma Limited is a pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor based in Kampala, Uganda. Established in 2000, it specializes in importing life-saving drugs and manufacturing products such as medical masks and antiseptics.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following:
- Chemistry
- Industrial Chemistry
- Chemical Engineering
- Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Industrial Technology
- Or any related scientific field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality compliance.
- ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of;
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Deviation Management
- CAPA Management
- Investigation Management
- Production Planning & Process Monitoring
- Team Leadership & Supervision
