Job Summary: Our Client is looking for a female procurement manager to manage procurement of goods and services to ensure the organization receives quality products at competitive prices, on time, and in compliance with company policies. Maintain strong supplier relationships and support cost efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement, from requisition to delivery.
- Source quotations, evaluate suppliers, and issue purchase orders.
- Negotiate favourable pricing and payment terms with suppliers.
- Maintain approved supplier database and monitor supplier performance.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
- Prepare periodic procurement reports for management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Excellent organization, documentation, and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Professional certification (CIPS or equivalent) is a plus.
