Job Summary: Our client is looking for a Sales Activator / Promoter who will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving product trial, and influencing purchase decisions through in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and consumer engagement activities. The role serves as the face of the brand, ensuring excellent customer experiences while supporting sales growth and brand visibility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-store product promotions and demonstrations to educate consumers on product features and benefits.
- Execute brand activation activities in retail outlets, supermarkets, and promotional events.
- Engage customers and provide product information to encourage trial and purchase.
- Conduct product sampling activities to increase brand awareness and consumer adoption.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised according to company
- standards.
- Maintain attractive product displays and monitor product availability at assigned
- locations.
- Collect customer feedback and market intelligence during promotional activities.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotional events, and special activations.
- Build positive relationships with customers, retail staff, and outlet managers.
- Prepare activity reports and submit feedback on promotions and consumer responses.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in promotions, brand activation, merchandising, or customer service
- is an added advantage.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or consumer products environments is desirable.
