Job Title: Chief Finance Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of short- and long-term strategic financial objectives, including budgets and business plans.
• Oversee tax planning, reporting, and compliance in accordance with local laws and regulatory best practice.
• Serve as a point of reference for the CEO and Board on all financial matters affecting the company.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Education: Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.

Additional Details

• CPA-K or ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Finance, ideally within a regulated or insurance-related industry.
