Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all accounting and financial operations.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Advise management on financial planning and business strategy.
- Supervise finance staff and promote best accounting practices.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA(K)or ACCA
- Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in financial management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver financial excellence.
