Job Title: Strategic Partnerships Manager

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead partnership target sourcing, prioritization, and execution of strategic alliances in line with the Bank’s growth ambitions.
• Develop business cases underpinning each partnership opportunity, including financial modelling and synergy evaluation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders as the primary point of contact for strategic partners.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree is an added advantage).

Additional Details

• 8–10 years’ experience influencing, managing, and negotiating partnership agreements.
• Proven track record driving strategic commercial partnerships in financial services or related industries.
