Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive overall leadership, growth, and profitability of the bank’s deposit, investment, transactional, and digital banking portfolios.
• Lead a customer-centric business culture, placing customer needs at the forefront of team strategy.
• Take full responsibility for performance management of direct reports, including recruitment, development, and coaching.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Honours degree in Business or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in business growth and branch operations.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, having managed a team before.
