Job Title: Regional Compliance Head

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the regional compliance lead, implementing global compliance policies and DOA guidance across market teams.
• Lead and oversee the ethics and compliance framework across African markets, including FCPA and Code of Conduct training.
• Coordinate and oversee ethics investigations in collaboration with local legal teams and external advisors.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Education: Graduate degree in Law; licensed or admitted to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.

Additional Details

• Minimum 8 years’ progressive legal experience, including 5+ years as legal counsel in a multi-market role.
• Experience working cross-border or within multiple jurisdictions.
