Job Title: Manager Domestic Resource Mobilisation

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, structuring, and execution of domestic and international capital market transactions, including bond issuances.
• Lead investor engagement activities, including roadshows, due diligence, and ongoing investor relations.
• Coordinate credit rating exercises and maintain relationships with rating agencies and key market participants.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field; Master’s degree required.

Additional Details

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Treasury, Investment Banking, or Debt Capital Markets, with 2+ years at supervisory level.CFA, CPA, or ACCA qualification an added advantage.
