Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales leadership to shape commercial strategy, including territory design, quota setting, and incentive structures
• Lead the design and continuous improvement of sales operations processes across markets, including order management and distributor coordination
• Develop performance dashboards, forecasts, and analytical reports that inform strategic decision-making

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

Additional Details

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales operations, commercial planning, or supply chain within FMCG or manufacturing
• Strong proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (SFA, SAP) and data-driven decision-making
