Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven and detail oriented Electrical Graduate Trainee Electrical to join our intensive Graduate Training Program. The successful candidate will work under the direct mentorship of senior engineers to gain hands -on-technical skills, system design, preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis and project execution. This program is structured to transition high -performing trainees into full time technical roles
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support in routine inspection, servicing and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and power distribution networks
- Participate in site installations, testing and commissioning of new electrical panels, transformers or wiring systems
- Strictly adhere to Health safety and Environment (HSE), including Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) and proper PPE protocols at all times
- Maintain accurate service logs, record inspection data and compile daily or weekly progress reports for the engineering team
- Should be able to trouble shoot, identify root causes and resolve electrical faults
- Support in preparation of single line diagram (SLDs), load schedules and technical layout drawings
- Diagnose electrical faults and instrument failures under senior engineer supervision.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Power systems engineering or a closely related field from a recognised university
- Must have graduated within the last two to three years (2-3) years
- Basic literacy in engineering tools/software (e.g. AutoCAD, MATLAB, or electrical simulation packages.
- Strong analytical thinking, eagerness to learn, effective verbal/written
- communication and the ability to thrive in a team
- High safety consciousness, adaptability and a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Understanding AC/DC circuit theory, Ohm’s law, and Kirchhoff’s laws.
- Understanding basic semiconductor devices, diodes, transistors, and rectifiers.
- Knowledge of three-phase power, transformers, generators, and distribution
- networks.

- High integrity and confidentiality.
- Right attitude to work in a demanding, challenging and busy environment.
- Able to work extended hours when extended.
