Job Summary: The Front Desk Executive will report to the Administration Manager and will be based at Head office. He/ she will be responsible for receiving visitors, perform clerical functions of the front desk and effectively implement administrative policies of Pride.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attend to visitors and notify pertinent members of staff.
- Maintain visitors’ registry book and direct visitors to the respective offices.
- Maintain the reception area clean and tidy.
- Provide requested information, take messages or redirect inquiries to respective offices.
- Receive, register, sort and distribute the correspondences as appropriate.
- File and keep up to date records of correspondences.
- Respond to requests for information in consultation with appropriate persons in the departments.
- Maintain a consistent stock of Bank brochures, for all products and routine forms for distribution.
- Maintain a proper filing system to enable easy retrieval of required documents.
- Ensure security and confidentiality of documents.
- Assist in preparing materials for meetings and produce records of proceedings upon management requests.
- Undertake all typing work including reports, minutes, memos and letters for senior staff as may be directed.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in secretarial studies or any other related field.
- At least one year experience in a related field.
- Knowledge of use of office equipment.
- Interpersonal Skills
