Job Summary: True North Consult Ltd is a boutique HR Consultancy Firm offering Outsourced Manpower services, HR Advisory and Executive search & selection services to selected clients across East Africa.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in IT solution design, verification, execution, and be able to solve difficult problems and present to customers/ partners.
- PPQ, ATC, BOQ configuration, quotations and handling internal process.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- More than 3 years of experience in expanding pre-sales solutions for enterprises.
- Knowledge of IT-related products such as computing, storage, and virtualization.
- Capable of independently designing solutions and guiding customers.
- Familiarity with the business situations of mainstream industries in Uganda, such as the government and financial sectors.
- Familiarity with the channel market situation and understanding of the partner cooperation model.
- Have good task tracking and closure capabilities with communication skills, team spirit, strong execution, and be a proactive learner.
- Be skilled in using common office software such as Office, be sensitive to data, and be able to systematically analyze data and gain insights from them.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in business statistics, marketing, computer science, business administration or related fields.
