Job Summary: Join our HR team and play a key role in managing attendance, leave and overtime records accurately, supporting fair payroll and building a productive workplace for all.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Analytical and solution-oriented
- Able to manage data and meet deadlines
- Confidential, trustworthy and professional
- Passionate about people and productivity
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field
- 2 years’ experience in attendance, payroll support or HR administration
- Experience with attendance systems and HRIS
- Knowledge of Ugandan labour laws on working hours, overtime and leave
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
