Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle grievances and resolve disputes fairly and effectively
• Manage disciplinary processes in line with policies and law
• Ensure compliance with Ugandan labour laws and company policies

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Law or related field
• 8 years’ experience in employee relations with 2-3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan labour laws and dispute resolution
• Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Professional HR certification is an advantage
