About Organisation:
Avanti Energy Services Limited (Avanti) is a Ugandan national company, which engages in providing services to the upstream oil and gas production industry within Uganda. Avanti was awarded a contract by a major oil and gas service company to source and employ in excess of 100 Ugandan engineers, technicians, operators and laborers to support their oil drilling operations within Uganda.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ripless ESP/low-rate and ESP/ESPCP technology, including equipment selection for specific well conditions.
- Expertise in communication interface protocols related to contractor equipment, especially ESP gauge surface panel integration with ICSS or other external modules.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
