About US:

COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), Infield Flow Lines, water Intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the application process of work visa or special pass (ordinary visa);
• Check and modify application documents including JD, CV, Appointment Letter, Cover letter etc. based on Authorities and agent’s comments;
• Follow up with the service agency and expedite their works;
• Prepare and submit weekly reports on the application status;
• Prepare a monitoring book on the validity of various visas and arrange the renewal;
• Apply for various licenses for the Kingfisher Oil Field Production Facilities EPC3;
• Prepare a monitoring book on the validity of various licenses and arrange the renewal;
• Establish and maintain good work relationships with Authorities.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor or above in Science or Art;
• Two years of experience in related works;
• Familiar with visa application process;
• Familiar with license application process;
• Good at relationship building, careful, paying attention to details;
• Excel in execution, demonstrated integrity;
• Fluency in the Chinese Language is a plus.
