Job Title: Static Equipment Supervisor

About US:
COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), Infield Flow Lines, water Intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement Static equipment construction management.
- Deal with static equipment issues and provide guidance during Construction.
- Interface management between different majors, suppliers and construction subcontractors.
- Guide installation and deal with issues during installation.
- Supervise construction quality, check the installation and supervise the handling of unqualified items.
- Control the installation progress and ensure the overall progress.
- Organize owner to inspect vessel sealing, organize subcontractors.
- to deal with issues found in inspection, and notify the procurement department if supplier cooperation is required;
- Supervise pressure test and purge after installation to ensure equipment and pipelines clean.
- Supervise subcontractors to submit red-line drawings and submit completion
- Observe the relevant HSSE regulations and safety regulations of the
- branch and project department.
- Supervise the implementation of “5S” management and civilized construction by subcontractors, implement visual management, implement safety permit, implement safety protection measures and take
- charge of safety technical training/.
- Implement straight-line responsibility, territorial management and sentient.
- leadership, and practice HSE.
- Responsible for risk identification and evaluation within the business scope, implement emergency prevention measures and personal safety management.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical, engineering and related field
- Three years of experience in static equipment management.
