Job Title: Deputy Project Manager (Technical & Procurement)

About US:
COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED, and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), Infield Flow Lines, water Intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the overall project, which includes administration, schedule, technology, procurement, construction, quality, HSE etc. Mainly manage the technical department and procurement department.
- Assist the project general manager to manage the Kingfisher Oil Field Facilities Project (EPC 3).
- Lead the establishment of Visual Smart Platform and Digital & Smart Oilfield.
- Responsible for management of detailed engineering design, 3D modeling, long term equipment procurement, digital oilfield and smart oilfield establishment.
- Project management (PMP) certificate is expected.
- Solid background in Oil & Gas engineering, chemical engineering and technology, engineering economy theory.
- Master international bidding & tendering, contract management, especially on oil and gas industry.
- BIM (Building Information Modeling) experience.
- Professional project management knowledge and skill, especially on oil and gas EPC projects.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a Master’s degree or above in Engineering Management, technology, Oil& gas Technology or related.
- 10+ Oil and gas engineering technique, management and site management experience.
- 5+ Oil and gas industry procurement experience, familiar with bidding and contract management.
- 3+ international Oil and gas EPC projects experience.
