microfinance institution in Kampala located in Ndeeba at Master Wood Plaza.
Already well-established in Zambia and Tanzania, the Entrepreneurs Financial
Centre model is a proven market leader providing specialized lending services
in amounts up to UGX 50 million to transitioning small enterprises.

Job
Summary: The Human
Resource Officer should absolutely have good practical knowledge of HRM in the
financial services sector and the foresight to see how the intricate day-to-day
HR related activities link with and support the achievement of the mission and
vision of the EFC.

Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:

The
applicant should possess a Human Resources Diploma/Degree;
Two
years of relevant experiences;
Ability
to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills in English;
Excellent
problem solving skills.
