It supports over 330,000 smallholder farmers across East Africa by supplying climate-resilient, high-yielding seed technologies.
Job Summary: Oversee recruitment, staff development, HR policies, and employee relations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- 3+ years of HR experience;
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
