Your Personal Shopper offers a simple and safe way to ship your favourite items from around the globe, by providing you a YPS address which is simply a local address from our distribution warehouses in China, Europe and the United States and other geographic hubs we then collect it and get it straight to you.
Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate, professional and people-oriented HR Officer to help us build a strong team culture and support our growing workforce.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & onboarding of new staff
- Performance management & staff evaluations
- Attendance and leave management
- Employee welfare and conflict resolution
- Policy implementation & disciplinary procedures
- Organizing staff training and development
- Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous HR experience is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
