Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Minimum Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Public Administration or a related field.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related discipline.
• CIPD, CHRP or an equivalent recognised professional HR qualification is an added advantage.
