Agro Supply has developed a mobile layaway savings platform that allows farmers to save and invest in farming inputs without taking credit.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive regional sales & growth
• Lead and manage the sales team
• Implement marketing & promotions
• Manage stock & product distribution
• Support farmers & build customer relationships

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• A Bachelors degree in a Business Discipline Minimum of 2 years experience in sales account management
• Marketing skills
• Strong communication skills
