Job Summary: At the end of your three years in the Graduate Program Finance, you will have developed the necessary skills to manage the administrative, accounting and financial aspects of a large-scale project or to join the administrative and financial department of an agency. As a trusted partner of site managers, you will act autonomously and ensure the application of Sogea-Satom standards in terms of safety, financial performance and contractual compliance.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• You will graduate with a Master’s degree (business school or university) in management in 2026 and are looking for your first permanent position.
• Ideally, you have some initial experience (internship and/or apprenticeship) in a consulting firm or company within the construction sector.
• This offer is only available to recent graduates. Joining the African Builders Program requires:
• Mandatory full geographical mobility at the end of each period on the African continent.
• Strong adaptability: in 3 years, you will have 3 different geographical assignments and several job roles, meaning you will need to learn about a variety of different contexts and teams.
• Proactive approach.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. You will be in daily contact with the site and agency teams, your Agency Manager, the client, headquarters, other graduates, etc.
• A passion for teamwork: this is essential; you will never work alone.
