Job Title: Front Desk Administrator / Resort Supervisor

Located in Entebbe, 8 km from Beach, Country Lake Resort Garuga boasts an outdoor pool and views of the lake. The resort has a private beach and water sports facilities, and guests can enjoy a drink at the bar. Free private parking is available on site. Certain rooms feature a seating area where you can relax. A balcony or patio are featured in certain rooms.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties (check-ins, check-outs, reservations).
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
- Supervise front office staff and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Coordinate staff schedules and attendance.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.
- Liaise with other departments.
- Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls.
- Assist with procurement, inventory and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies and hospitality standards.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Gender: Female
- Age: 26 – 30 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, HRM, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
- Manage front desk operations and assist guests.
- Proven experience working in a hotel, resort or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of front office operations and hotel management systems.
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Excel (knowledge of hotel PMS is an added advantage).
- Ability to manage staff and work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer-service attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
