Job Summary: Are you a results-driven professional with strong negotiation and communication skills? Join our team at SLS Solutions International Ltd as a Senior Collections Officer and play a key role in managing and recovering outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contact debtors and negotiate repayment plans.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely debt recovery.
• Conduct field visits for high-ticket defaulters.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve disputes professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare portfolio reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Experience: Debt collection services experience or related activities.
• Education: Certificate, Diploma or Degree in any related field.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Training in debt collection or call centre services is an added advantage.
