Spiro is a leading provider of electric two-wheelers in Africa. The company’s headquarters are in Benin and has operations in Togo, Uganda, and Rwanda. Spiro offers two models of electric motorbikes and is preparing new versions, always adapted to the African market.

Job Summary: Manage workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance/training, welfare/payroll, and plant admin.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Requires degree in HR/Business.

Experience

3 years HR experience in manufacturing/FMCG/automotive.
Knowledge of labour laws & HSE, and MS Office/HRIS skills.
